Weather in Basildon this week

According to the Met Office weather forecast, it’s a warm start to the week: Today around 20°C, then slightly cooler Tuesday–Wednesday at 16°C.
Temperatures rise again from Thursday, peaking Friday–Saturday at about 21°C with plenty of sunshine.
Mild and partly cloudy over the weekend, with highs around 18–21°C and cool nights throughout.

A bold new artwork near the Vue Cinema gives a preview of the upcoming Basildon Construction Academy. The project is set to bring new skills, training opportunities, and jobs to the local community.

We heard through the grapevine that there’s a new (second!) One Beyond opening in Eastgate shopping centre this Friday. Keep an eye out!
