Basildon Miniature Railway @ Wat Tyler Country Park | 12:00PM–3:00PM A lovely half-term activity for train-loving youngsters, with miniature train rides through the country park. The railway is scheduled to run from Sunday 25 to Saturday 31 October.

Junior Parkrun Volunteers Needed @ Northlands Park | From 9:00AM Volunteers are needed to help make junior parkrun happen this Sunday. Roles include timekeeping, handing out finish tokens, scanning barcodes and marshalling.
